New Registrations:
Assist potential members with information on classes, membership options, and registration.
Handle all onboarding processes, including documentation, payments, and membership system updates.
Social Media Management:
Actively engage with our online community by posting photos, updates, and event announcements on our social media platforms.
Interact with members and followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online presence for the gym.
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
Handle daily accounts, including payments, expenses, and invoicing.
Prepare regular financial statements and reports for management, maintaining accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Check-Ins and Activity Logs:
Manage daily check-ins and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of member activities.
Monitor class attendance and assist with any administrative requirements related to class schedules and member engagement.
Manage all incoming inquiries and communication through WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
Provide timely responses, follow up on inquiries, and maintain organized communication logs.
