Details of the offer

⢠Experience in providing front desk services to the residents such as
collection of maintenance fees, process of card access, renovation and
move in/out application and booking of facilities.
⢠Ensure that all documents are properly filed accordingly for easy
reference and access.
⢠To be responsible for the collection of payment.
⢠To assist Account Executive in the preparation and issuing of monthly
invoice to be posted.
⢠Handle issuance of car parking access card/sticker and resident cards.
⢠Perform administrative functions in the management office.
⢠Computer literate.
⢠Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command
of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will
be an added advantage.
⢠Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
⢠Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate
solutions.
⢠Good team player and ability to work well with others.
⢠Undertake duties as may be communicated to you from time to time by
your superior.
⢠Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in Condominium Management
environment.
⢠Minimum 3 yearsâ working experience on account system such as CSS,
QnE, UBS and etc.
