Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support which includes calendar management and scheduling, travel & hotel arrangement, manage expenses claim records, setting up teleconferences, email correspondences to external parties, mail management, etc.
Update Salesforce databases.
Assist with onboarding administration.
Monitor outstanding tasks in the paperless system KRIS & CorpPass to ensure timely authorization.
Manage office stationery administration.
Manage clients' bank related administration.
Maintain and process incoming invoices or cheques to Finance, maintain and update bank reconciliation listings.
Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
