We are looking for a Administrative Executive to join our team.

Responsible for documentation management including filing, data and record key in.Coordinate and issue DO, PO & invoices.Require the ability to work independently and work well with all levels of people such as internal management and staffs, external supplier, vendor and client.Responsible to carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and follow up with customer.Scope of work shall be revised depending on the management needs or request from time to time.What is required to be successful in this role? At least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies,  or equivalent.Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Puchong.
