Job Description:
Supporting the team on activities
Monitoring and communicating the status and escalations for the telecom
Exposing to resolving billing disputes
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ensuring stable and sustainable service for our clients
Learning about the messaging market through activities such as Sender registration, Short Codes, Virtual Long Numbers, etc.
Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the Business Growth team
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in business or related field
Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
The person in this role focuses on learning Infobip solutions and business processes; consults with Seniors and Experts on the projects and operators to which s/he is assigned; proactively seeks information and builds upon his/her industry knowledge every day.
