Job ResponsibilitiesPerform general office duties such as managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems efficiently, and ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications and handling any incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage schedules including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Collaborate with colleagues on various projects and tasks as needed.
RequirementsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English adequately (conversation and writing skills).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and familiarity with basic accounting is an advantage.
