About the role

Zaibi Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in our Glenmarie, Selangor office. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across various functions within our company.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and maintain office operations and proceduresProvide proper documentations of all correspondence, records and callsOrganise and attend meetings, taking detailed minutesProcess and distribute incoming correspondence and communicationsProvide administrative support to the management teamAssist with project management and ad-hoc tasks as requiredEnsure efficient management of office supplies and resourcesWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environmentWell-versed with Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency for other languages is advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesMust have goal-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.What we offer
