Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate business trips by handling flight bookings, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.

Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, email management, document preparation, and filing.
Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Support visa applications and other travel-related documentation for the CEO and employees.
Provide administrative support for work visa application processes, including document preparation, policy updates, employee coordination, and liaising with authorities and accounting firms to ensure timely and compliant visa applications for new hires.
3.
General Support
Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Manage office operations when necessary, including supplies, event coordination, and basic office management duties.
Requirements:
Minimum of SPM (Secondary School) education.
Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay, with good communication skills in all three languages.
Prefer candidates with previous working experience in Chinese companies such as Xiaomi, Huawei, or similar organizations.
Proven experience in administrative roles, especially in office setup or expansion.
Familiarity with immigration processes and work visa applications, particularly in Malaysia.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
