Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Staff to perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. Duties of the Administrative include providing support to our HR, Marketing and Finance team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members, including document preparation, scheduling, and more.
Responsible for the management of office documents and information, including the organization, filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
Assist executive or senior management in scheduling, including meeting arrangements, venue bookings, etc.
Handle incoming and outgoing company mail and phone calls, respond to common inquiries, and transfer important calls.
Responsible for the maintenance and management of office facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the office environment.
Assist with human resources matters such as Payroll, employee onboarding, offboarding and transfers, Leave maintenance.
Assist with marketing matters such as read and reply to email, market survey, and etc.
Assist with finance matters such as filing, bookkeeping, receipts maintenance, etc.
Responsible for data entry and organization, assisting with simple data analysis.
Maintain communication with internal departments and external partners to handle related matters.
Assist in planning and organizing in-house activities and provide necessary support.
Prepare administrative reports and documents such as debriefings and statistics.
Performs other administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements and skillsProven experience as an Administrative office staff.
Able to communicate, read and write in Chinese is a MUST.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of office management systems (SQL System) and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrates teamwork spirit, willing to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
