We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Staff to join our growing team at Larry Enterprise in Siburan, Sarawak.
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doingProviding general administrative support, such as managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence
Assisting with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports for the team
Supporting the procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed
Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless administrative support
Undertaking any other duties as required to support the overall success of the business
What we're looking forMinimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
