Human Resources Responsibilities


-Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


-Maintain accurate records in the HR database and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.


-Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events.


-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, leaves, and overtime. 
Administrative Responsibilities


- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and other engagements. 


- Manage daily office operations, organizing files, and ensuring a well-organized workspace. 


- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


-Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software tools.


-Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.


-Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
