Details of the offer

**Roles & Responsibilities**- Schedule management in terms of arranging appointments, meetings, events, maintaining and updating changes in events, preparing agendas & taking meeting minutes. (MS Team, Skype, Zoom)- Maintaining and updating of physical and digital records, filing documents, and ensuring proper organization of files and materials.- Procuring and managing office supplies and company inventories.- Basic accounting support in preparing Sales and Purchase documents such as Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoice, etc. (Autocount)- Survey and making travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodations and transportation.- Process Manpower Timesheet before submission to Manager for approval, e.g. highlights on working Public Holiday and Sunday, softcopy and hardcopy filing, processing and distributing employee's payslip.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/02/2024
