? Develop and manage the production of Invictus International School marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met.
? Coordinate Invictus International School advertising and promotional programmes.
? Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activitie such as media conferences.
? Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness.
? Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
? Develop and create media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required.
? Media tracking and tabulation.
? Ensure consistent use of school's brand across all platforms in terms of look, image, identity and message.
? Develop detailed marketing implementation plans for specific projects and campaigns, and ensure their implementation and adherence to briefs, budgets and deadlines.
? Identify and exploit marketing and publicity opportunities to optimum effect and to constantly seek innovative ways to raise the profile of the school's brand.
B. Admissions
? Providing accurate information to potential parents and advising them on the entry requirements and admissions procedures.
? Scheduling appointments for parents to visit the school and conduct school tours.
? Input and update all enquiry details onto the school student data management system.
C. Financial Control
? Work within established sales and marketing budget for Invictus International School.
D. Administrative
? Conduct general office duties.
? Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations.
? Submit administrative reports as requested by Marketing & Admissions Manager and Senior Management.
E. Organisational
? Maintain a professional relationship with employees, customers and auditing or accrediting bodies.
? To establish and maintain effective working relationships and contacts internally and externally, including with the press and industry bodies.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Education
? Minimum Bachelor degree qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Knowledge
? Knowledge in effective research and writing skills.
? Knowledge of how the education industry operates, and has a good understanding of the key business drivers.
? Knowledge of the various educational programmes and system is preferred.
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
? We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
? Possess good IT skills and knowledge, and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications suchas Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Experience
? At least 3 year working experience in Billing or Marketing & Admission department. Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience in school or private education organization environment.
