In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth at Newswav.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring their campaigns' success and satisfaction
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including identifying potential new business opportunities to expand the client base
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Generate proposals and presentations that showcase our advertising solutions and value proposition
Manage a sales pipeline, and regularly forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and insights to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales campaign proposals
Manage junior sales account executive(s) and coach them to meet and exceed sales targets
Job RequirementsWe welcome individuals from all backgrounds, ideally with skills and traits as below:
(Optional) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
Passion for advertising, media and digital trends
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, and (optional) Hubspot
(Bonus) Experience in Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing field
