Key Responsibilities: After-Sales Service Management: Oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to customers.
Develop, implement, and monitor after-sales service systems, workflows, and operational standards.
Address customer inquiries and issues related to large-scale equipment efficiently and professionally.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of service professionals, ensuring effective performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise: Ensure all after-sales processes align with Malaysia power distribution system standards.
Provide technical support and expertise in electrical systems, automation, power supply, and distribution.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions proactively.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Support pre-sales and project execution teams by providing insights and feedback from after-sales operations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power supply and distribution, including at least 3 years in team management roles.
Hands-on experience with data centers, substations, and power plants is preferred.
Proven experience in managing after-sales service departments, including familiarity with large-scale equipment service systems, processes, and standards.
In-depth understanding of Malaysia's power distribution system standards.
