JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and oversee warranty policies specific to solar energy products and systems, including handling warranty claims related to solar panels, inverters, and other equipment, ensuring efficient processing and resolution.To supervise all aspects of post-sale customer service for solar installations, including maintenance, repairs, and general support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.To continuously evaluate and refine warranty and service processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely resolution of issues in the solar energy sector.To handle escalated customer complaints and issues related to solar installations and warranty claims, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.To track and analyze performance indicators related to warranty claims and customer service within the solar industry to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for service enhancement.To work closely with project management, engineering, and field service teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of customer and warranty-related issues.To provide guidance, training, and support to team members involved in warranty processing and after-sales service, focusing on best practices for solar systems and customer service excellence.To provide feedback to design and project team for continuous improvement to reduce unplanned breakdowns & improvements to system efficiency. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in warranty management and post-sale customer service within the solar energy or EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) industry, ideally in a managerial role.Preferably with a minimum of 5 years related working experience.In-depth understanding of solar energy systems, warranty policies, service procedures, and industry best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage and resolve complex customer issues related to solar installations effectively.Relevant educational background or professional certifications in solar energy systems, customer service management, or related fields is preferred.
