About the Role : Responsible for Financing Scheme, Agency Office Maintenance (AOM), and Office Support Allowance (OSA) end-to-end administration and payment processing.
Handle Agency Office Maintenance (AOM) and Office Support Allowance (OSA) end-to-end administration, validation, and payment processing.
Financing Scheme and Agency Compensation payment calculation, validation, and payment processing.
Ensure all the payment validation is accurate as per standard operating procedures (SOP), rules, and regulations set by regulatory and the company; and the completeness checking of payment calculation.
Ensure regular and ad-hoc compensation reporting is generated within the stipulated timeline.
Perform data analysis on agency compensation and provide insights for management's reference.
Perform any other agency compensation assignments from time to time to meet operational efficiency objectives.
Continuously review and fine-tune the SOP/processes to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations.
Collaborate efficiently with relevant parties to resolve all inquiries from agency and collaborators within the agreed turnaround time.
Periodic quality assurance checks, prepare data as requested by internal and external audit and compliance teams.
Data Management – to keep accurate records/documentation for payment-related matters.
Prepare user requirements/user story for system improvement, requirement walkthrough with relevant parties.
Perform verification on UAT results and post-deployment checks.
Job Requirements:
Education:Tertiary education in any field from a recognized University with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in distribution operations.
Experience:Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Problem solver with an analytical mind.
Good command of English (verbal and written communication).
