The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with agency partners, driving business growth, and implementing strategies to enhance agency performance.Qualifications
Relationship management, business development, and strategic planning skills
Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of unit trust funds
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
