We are looking for a skilled and innovative professional who plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the HVAC and air conditioning industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting HVAC solutions, and meeting sales targets through effective client engagement, presentations, and negotiations. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a deep understanding of HVAC products and services, who can provide excellent customer service and insights to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client bases.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, addressing customer needs and resolving concerns in the HVAC industry.
Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for management.
Spec-in and offer technical advice on AC systems for project-based sales.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Work closely with other departments (operations, technical support, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits and assessments.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
Candidate with B2B experience is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning products.
Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel when required.
