AM / Manager - Business Process Transformation, Automation, System & Infrastructure-(240001FX)DescriptionPlan and execute Business Digitisation, Process Enhancement and Automation.Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Excel VBA for both Global Markets Business efficiency and operational processes.Continuous enhance MyGM digital platform (Python/My SQL) and accommodate additional use cases or user requirements.Develop and maintain existing Business Management digital platform, automation workflows, scripts, configuration, and documentation requirements.Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Ensure continuity and enhancement of GM business related system/trading platform/ digital channel to accommodate the business needs and flow, to enable GM to achieve business target.Participate and coordinate group regional system/ e-commerce/ platform implementation.Key personnel to safeguard the process for GM's ID management and access controls.Enhance the procedure/ process/ system together with the other support units (IT security/ risk teams) to mitigate operational and conduct risks.Liaise with IT/System related (Murex, IPC, etc) and financial market data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, MarketAxess etc) to ensure vendors meeting the SLA and optimize GM's business opportunities.Improve internal control and processes for better customer or staff experience, increase productivity and/or eliminate redundant processes.Execute management action plans and address areas of improvement for BNM, MAS, other Regulatory and Internal Audit findings.QualificationsPassionate about Automation, Digitalisation, and Generative AI.3-5 years of experience in similar rolesProven experience with UiPath or any other RPA software.Proficiency in MySQL and Excel VBA.Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end development.
