Analyst 4 – Logistics & Warehouse Management

Job Description Responsible for overseeing external warehouses and logistics centers for finished goods and raw materials.
The role involves deep expertise in logistics transportation, warehousing, Incoterms, and KPI tracking.
The Analyst will work with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Production, and external storage service providers to ensure efficient material movement and transition.
The candidate will also manage contracts with service providers and internal teams, develop storage solutions strategies, and ensure the accuracy of billing and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse and Logistics Center Management: Manage external warehouses and logistics centers to optimize the storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Data Analysis and KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Goods Receipt (GR) turnaround time, On-Time Delivery (OTD), cycle count accuracy, space utilization, and overall operational productivity.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
Fulfillment and Process Optimization: Oversee fulfillment processes for finished goods and raw materials.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance warehouse technology solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Contract Management: Serve as the liaison between S&OP, Production, and external service providers to ensure processes align with operational and customer requirements.
Manage contracts with service providers and internal teams, ensuring compliance with terms and performance standards.
Process Improvement and Cost Reduction: Evaluate current logistics and warehouse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Implement cost-saving initiatives through process optimization, data mining, and automation.
Reporting and Dashboard Management: Prepare and distribute regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics.
Maintain and transition reporting processes to automated, real-time dashboards for better visibility and decision-making.
Billing and Financial Accuracy: Validate and approve weekly and monthly billing charges from external warehouses and logistics providers.
Ensure data integrity in billing and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Address and resolve issues related to warehouse processes, equipment, tools, or materials.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and service providers to implement long-term solutions.
Automation and Systems Implementation: Participate in the evaluation, design, and implementation of systems (e.g., ERP, STAMP) to improve logistics and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with process owners and consultants for system improvements and automation.
ISO Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and represent the logistics function in both internal and external audits.
Support the development of documentation and procedures to maintain compliance.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
Support continuous learning and development within the team to drive operational success.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Alternatively, candidates with more than 8 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse, or storage management will also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and storage management, with a focus on KPI tracking, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and contract management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, inventory management, and billing processes.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Communication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ISO compliance and audit processes.
Knowledge of automation technologies and system integration.
Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) management Additional Information: This position reports directly to Warehouse Operation Manager.
Must be able to travel to external warehouse on audits and business discussion.
Hybrid Physical Requirements: Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of daily work hour.
Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
Will lift, push, or pull up to 15Kg on an occasional basis 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required.
Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on an occasional basis.
May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards).
