Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term.? Issue PO to supplier/ vendor.? Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule.? Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter.? Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment.? Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame? Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL JB).Job Qualifications : ? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite .
? Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
? Experience with data analysis and reporting.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
