Job Summary: onsemi is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our organization.
The Financial Analyst reports directly to the Cost Analysis Manager.
In this role, the Analyst will help oversee all accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
This person will also be responsible for cost analysis, cost modeling and short-term and long-term scenario planning for the site.
Responsibility and Scope: Preparations of Operational Reviews for Management Cost analysis performance – budget/forecast/actual, and help Operations to develop plans for variance Prepare analysis on other Manufacturing Metrics addressing Productivity and Manufacturing Efficiencies.
Preparation of annual budget for Operations and consolidations where necessary Preparation of quarterly Forecast for Operations and consolidations where necessary.
Cost projection / cost modeling / cost entitlement Prepare presentations and review materials for management visits.
Prepares Financial Impact sheet and payback period analysis for Capital request Responsible in the Operational close Ensure compliance to SOX requirements Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Degree in Accounting or equivalent 2+ years of Accounting/Finance in Manufacturing finance experience required Must be organized and adaptable Budgeting and financial planning skills.
Anticipate and proactive Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain complex issues clearly Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
