Financial Analyst

Job Summary: Provides the Corporate/External Manufacturing Management with financial cost analysis support required for decision making and controls.
Responsibility and Scope: Monthly and annual closing of the legal and operational books Provides timely reporting of financial data Consolidation and preparation of external manufacturing factories operations reviews for Senior Management Cost and Manufacturing Performance analysis Monitor capital expenditures for external manufacturing factories Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable with the external factories Ensure complete and correct finance system set up for new external factories Other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time Requirements: A university degree in related field or equivalent Diploma with two years' experience in related field or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an added advantage Excellent knowledge and practical experience in MS Office and Oracle are preferable Proficiency in English (Spoken and Writing) Must be organized and adaptable Anticipate and proactive Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills Organizational and time management skills Clear and concise communication skills (oral and written)
