Responsibilities:
Providing Administrative and Operational support to JC Relationship Managers.
Coordinate and manage JC business operation activities inclusive but not limited to Call back-confirmation, balance short, TT cancellation amendments, Elvis, MMD, Guarantees, balance check, loans & Opening Account related documentation inclusive of KYC, FATCA/CRS.
Support coordination for BG format vetting & hot scan correspondences with customers and related departments.
Attend to general client enquiries as necessary.
Support JC Departments to strengthen Customer Relationship/Customer satisfaction.
Provide Admin support (Logistic arrangements, stationary requests, Japanese and National Seminar preparation, etc.).
Support the coordination and preparation of presentation materials, worksheets, and database management for HOD/Advisors.
Provide Japanese/English translation related to JC business, Credit Application, Required Reports and Instructions from Domestic Office, email correspondences, etc.
Maintain department expenses control within allocated limits, including company searches, business travel, SSM & entertainment fees.
Monitor due date controls including Interim monitoring.
Streamline any operational process deemed redundant.
Support the termination of inactive and dormant accounts.
Requirements:
Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Japanese proficiency is required.
Applicant must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong knowledge of banking regulatory environment and regulations and deep understanding of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Possess good written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients.
Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
