We are seeking a talented Digital & Marketing Operations Manager to support our passionate brand teams, playing an essential role in the digital engagement with HCPs and education of patients.As a key member of our AP Cluster Team, you will have the unique opportunity to:Responsibilities:Create and deliver impactful campaigns in collaboration with the AP Brand Managers and other stakeholdersDemonstrate how data & analytics can guide our marketing initiatives, making the AP cluster a data-driven organizationTurn valuable customer insights into impactful marketing activitiesCollaborate across markets and drive results by continuously optimizing the customer experience by running experiments and documenting failures and scaling successesTake responsibility and ownership of problems, ensuring escalation as appropriate.Expert regarding marketing automation & marketing technology capabilities in the cluster (SFMC, portals, websites, etc.
)Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Pharmaceutical Marekting & Digital Marekting Exepriences are mandatoryA data driven mindset with relevant work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer levelStrong experience in digital marketing/ omnichannel marketing/campaign design experience with an emphasis on digital engagement strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business resultsThe capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change across bordersA strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital contentA passion for data and analytics with ability to point out key insights to drive more data-informed decision makingRelevant Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.Relevant experience in digital marketing within healthcareWide ranging knowledge and understanding of analytics and affinity for working with data.Comfortable working both independently and in a cross-functional team.Experience with Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology tooling (e.g.
