Key Responsibilities: Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Create and curate content across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Optimize campaigns for performance and ensure consistency with overall brand messaging.
Social Media Management : Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
and increase brand engagement.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
Create and schedule posts, monitor comments, and engage with the audience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
and track ROI for ongoing optimization.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to enhance site performance.
Content Creation and Copywriting : Write compelling marketing copy for emails, blogs, social media, and web content.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
Data Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data platforms to monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing : Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services.
Segment email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze the results for optimization.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep campaigns competitive.
Website Management : Oversee website updates and content management using CMS (Content Management System) platforms like WordPress.
Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, maintaining a user-friendly experience.
Requirements : Educational Background : Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Experience in specific industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, etc.)
may be preferred.
Skills : Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
