The Role : As the Marketing Director – APAC, you will be responsible for Designing and Executing the regional marketing strategy of Anchanto in Asia Pacific. Supported by a team of country marketing managers and the central Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with the country leadership teams to enable the company to reach ambitious revenue targets and develop the Anchanto brand across countries. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and GTM: Support the development of the business development strategy of each country in the APAC region and own its translation into actionable marketing strategies. Actionable Strategies here include
Alignment of Regional and Local Marketing Campaigns Ownerships of all local Campaign goals, messaging, USPs, Value Proposition in and digital and offline campaigns Influencing Central Marketing in aligning Central Campaigns to local initiatives Pipeline: Support the Sales Teams' pipeline generation activities and objective achievement by generating and capturing qualified demand through various channels.
Plan and Budget: Design and implement detailed marketing plans and manage the associated budgets ensuring the alignment of the investments with the objectives.
Ownership of assigned local budget, and propose new budget based on A/B testing with defined objective parameters Implement Regular country-wise reporting and approval process with Country Heads Campaigns: Oversee and contribute to the production of all aspects of marketing campaigns, creatives, messaging, call to actions, USPs and Value Propositions including but not limited to digital marketing, content marketing, PR, and events.
Brand Awareness: Develop programs to ensure the growth of a strong brand awareness with the right audiences in our local markets
Product Marketing: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and guarantee Anchanto's adapted positioning and messaging in market.
Operations: Help implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our regional marketing and sales operations
Essential Requirements:
7+ Years of proven experience in a leadership position in Marketing. 10+ years experience overall. Experience working with multi-product Enterprise SaaS products and solutions with global exposure, Understands Strategic Marketing and Messaging. Experience managing budgets and holding demand generation targets. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into compelling and customer focused stories. Excellent writing and content generation skills, including presentations, ad copies, etc. Experience in E-commerce or Logistics is a plus. Personal Attributes: · Creative, proactive.
