Application Engineer

You will play an important role, such as:



-Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.


-Conduct standard and customized product presentation


-Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.


-Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.


-Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.


-Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.


-Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.


-Keep abreast of software and hardware technology.

; Requirements:-  Who are we looking for this role:



-Degree in any engineering field.


-Preferrable have experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD systems 


-Preferrable have skill in programming and IT related knowledge such as troubleshoot skill 


-Proficiency in English language.
