Responsibilities Responsible to handle customer enquiries and handle customer request for quotations and orders.To prepare tenders & quotation and technical supports documents in response to customer's requirement.Follow up the quotation and provide after sales service consultation.Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.To provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support.Responsible for project tender and business proposal preparation and to close the deal effectively.Provide technical support and services to customer or team members.Take initiative to own and solve specific customer issues.Collaborating with sales departments and customers to delivery the secured project order.Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned.To ensure that the customer receives a timely response on their inquiries. Target is to achieve a response time of 24 Hours for standard inquiry and 48 hours for non-standard inquiry. Objective to turn order inquiry into order (revenue to the company). Must strive for fast and accurate response.Providing product education and advice.Attending conferences and meeting.Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.What do we provide to you for you to succeed?
