Application Manager

Responsibilities:
Analysis of business processes and their definition as a technical requirement.
Formulation of improvement possibilities for the technical solution and business processes.
Supporting key users in data cleansing for the upcoming ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Recording, analyzing, and documenting internal customer requirements and checking their compatibility with existing company processes.
Creation of requirement specifications and coordination with the ERP consultant.
Monitoring the implementation of requirements and ensuring their quality.
Introducing new employees to the basic processes of the new ERP system and conducting workshops for system adaptations.
Managing first-level support in answering internal customer requests and resolving issues.
Supporting the transformation and digitalization of production processes.
Requirements Qualification:
Completed degree or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable/relevant course.
Experience in process analysis and process optimization.
Experience in requirements analysis and requirements engineering.
Basic knowledge of customer support and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Good time management to organize autonomous work.
