As anApplication Support Engineer,you will help our customers solve enquiries arising from our Solutions in an efficient and accurate manner.
You will be the company's front liner, solving technical problems and providing support in assigned areas.
Your ability to convey solutions should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of the field.
Most importantly, our goal is to ensure that Customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the Company.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Provide first-line and second-line support to clients for software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Customer service orientation & strong client-facing and communication skills (It is all about Customer Satisfaction).
Proven working experience in providing software technical support.
Critical thinking, commitment, humility, and friendliness.
Able to converse fluently in English.
Advanced multi-tasking skills.
Working knowledge of application systems, MSSQL Database, troubleshooting, and remote control (experience in Web Application deployment is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
A Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.Certification in any Customer Oriented Training (is a plus!).
Prior working experience in Human Resources (not necessary).
