Job Description Open Position: Application Support Engineer, Level 2 (MNC IT Organisation)   An MNC IT Technology organisation is looking for Application Support Engineer, Level 2 to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: Involved in providing Software Support covering cloud, web and mobile applications used by global users Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications Good experience in using software technologies such as Java,   Oracle, SQL Database and etc within Linux and Windows environment Good experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Javascript, Perl or Shell Having a good understanding of ITIL, Agile and Scrum methodologies would be added advantage Work closely with Project Managers and Software Engineers for process improvement and delivering high-quality standards & products Passionate in providing high-quality software products with a positive attitude A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment   If you are interested, please send your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
