ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the client to manage the project for their system, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
Conducting IT system support analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
Documenting system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps to maintain comprehensive records for future reference and training.
Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support for all system components.
Collaborating with the development team to implement new features and updates in the client's system, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.
Providing standby support for any campaigns that require IT assistance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
Performing rigorous testing, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the system's reliability and quality.
Providing task updates to the manager.
Accountable for the on-schedule deliverables of assigned tasks.
Knowledge sharing (theoretical and practical); contribute knowledge by writing and filling the knowledge base document into the company's knowledge base server for the purpose of improving customer service and support.
May participate in special projects and teams for continuous improvement or transition.
RequirementsWorking Experience and SkillsMinimum one to two years working experience in a similar field.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Strong analytical skills and facility with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and formatting).
Good customer engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work shifts and weekends.

Academic QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Other RequirementsThe candidate will be stationed at the customer site in Kepong, KL.
Able to travel occasionally to provide on-site support and/or implementation both in the Klang Valley as well as outstation within Peninsular Malaysia.
