Application Support Executive

Deploy system change and perform patching regularly- Ensure deployment according to timeline- Prepare monthly SLA Reports- Coordinate with all parties on DR and BCP activity- Promptly resolve any deployment related issues in production services- Production issue following up till close- Work in shift if required (inclusive of holiday/Sat/Sun)**Job Qualification**- At least 1-2 years working experience in IT Support position- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent- Ability to work independently and within a team- Clear understanding of the Development/UAT/Production environment requirements- Familiar with Linux and Oracle database- Good command of spoken and written English**Salary**: RM2,154.70 - RM7,735.79 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Linux: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/04/2023
