Appointment Coordinator - Remote Working

Our client seeks a highly organized and motivated Appointment Coordinator to manage inbound marketing leads and schedule appointments for their consulting team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to potential clients.
This position can offer remote working options, and the working hours will suit the time zones of Thailand and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to inbound marketing leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads by conducting initial assessments to determine their needs and interest in the consulting services.
Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the appropriate consulting team members, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system, tracking lead status and appointment details.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments or address any questions they may have.
Assist in developing and refining appointment-setting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies and lead qualification processes.
