Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant experience in Building construction.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess good communication skills for effective follow-up and attention to details.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin (preferred).
Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner.
Display maturity and able to handle stress.
Willingness to learn and progress.
Enthusiastic team player.
Can accept Work from home from any states.
Responsibilities:Design & prepare Architectural / Landscape drawings for the approval of clients and to consultant requirements (Shop drawings and as-built drawings).
Prepare & draft correspondence letters, emails for all project-related matters.
Coordinate with in-house workers, foremen, subcontractors for all project-related matters.
Prepare & certify claims for onward submission.
Coordinate with Main contractors for all administrative coordination and assist for site coordination if any.
Responsible for filing and archiving for all drawings.
Any other ad-hoc assignments given by management from time to time.
