Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Able to analyse & present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify accounts groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance to Company's overall patterns.
What are you accountable for?
Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
Network expansion planning and prioritization.
Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel.
Timely submission of management reports.
To manage Distributors FSS with the objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region.
What do you need to have for the role?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player.
