Responsibilities:
Oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, business results, and ensure continuous business growth.
Complete attendance & OT reports, sales, and other analysis reports for top management, finance & HR.
Oversee a group of stores and work with a respective downline to develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.
Provide leadership and control in the outlet to ensure customers receive good customer service.
Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
Monitor all outlets' expenses and ensure actual expenses are within the budgeted range for the profitability of the outlet and sales targets of all the outlets to ensure overall company sales target is met.
Monitor the manpower level of each outlet and conduct recruitment to ensure sufficient manpower to operate in each outlet.
Assist in new outlet openings, including matters not limited to outlet equipment ordering, raw material ordering, and hiring & training of new outlet staff.
Experience in managing franchise outlets is welcome.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Management/Food & Beverage or Culinary Art Diploma/Degree or any related fields with a minimum of 3 years of working experience at the managerial level in a related industry.
Good communication, staff management, planning skills, and achieved targets.
Must have work experience in managing chain outlets in the food & beverages sector.
Good computer, reporting, and training skills.
Willingness to travel with owned transport and work beyond normal working hours.
