To oversee a minimum of 6 stores and responsible for the area performance to meet district KPIs and operational standards.
Provide guidance to Store Managers on operations strategies to improve performance within the area.
Coach and develop Operations management team (Store Managers/Asst Store Managers) and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
Build a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of ownership among staff.
Ensure the compliance of Operations SOP; store opening, closing, kitchen process, cashier operations etc.
Ensure that each restaurant operates at the highest level of efficiency, maintaining Richeese Factory's standards.
Monitor, measure and provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of sales building activities by the store.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Conduct store visits as per the requirement by the management.
Adjust sales targets, make labour cost adjustments according to sales targets, and forecast raw material and packaging needs for sales.
Analyse historical sales data and trends for each outlet, and observe competitors.
Identify the need for procurement or maintenance of store, equipment and other assets in the operations of all outlets and propose the procurement to the company.
Coordinate with related departments in preparing to open a new outlet and ensure that everything related to the operational needs of the outlet is available.
Carry out sales strategies for promotional items issued by the Marketing department to increase sales in all outlets in the area of responsibility.
Ensure that the operational processes of all outlets for which he is responsible are carried out in accordance with established process and quality standards.
Develop the potential and careers of employees who work at the respective outlets.
Make reports (daily, weekly, monthly), record-keeping (both system and manual) that are accurate and valid as well as adequate archiving regarding all transactions and activities in all outlets in the area of responsibility.
Review and evaluate the achievement of sales results.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in F&B management, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple outlets or locations.
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Energetic and can-do attitude.
