Area Manager - Sales

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic plans with dealers/branch managers and monitor results to achieve area sales targets.
Ensure dealers/branch managers comply with BYD standards, processes, and reporting.
Resolve customer concerns within the assigned area in a timely manner.
Develop and review sales plans and marketing activities to achieve monthly sales targets.
Review requirements and plans with dealers/branch managers regarding facilities, demo vehicles, manpower, and processes according to BYD standards.
Close hot alerts and customer concerns within the stipulated time frame.
Assist sales/branch managers with daily operational issues.
Compile market and competitive information on competitors' pricing, discounts, specifications, and feedback to the company.
Assist with dealer appointments and ensure the setup of operations according to planned timing.
Remind dealers to stay on schedule for agreed facility upgrades.
Assist in training of sales advisors together with the training department.
Ensure dealer/branch managers comply with sales reporting.
