Area Sales Manager - Based In Kl, Basic  Commissions

Job responsibilities: Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.Recruit, train, and motivate store managers and staffs to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identifytrends and opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to support store initiatives and promotions.Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders.Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams. Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success ina multi-unit environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Flexibility to travel within the assigned area as needed.Due to specific job requirements, we are currently limiting applications to Malaysian citizens.
