Job Description Basic salary up to MYR 12K, plus bonus.To develop strategic plan with Dealers/ Branch Managers and monitor results to achieve area sales target (registration and wholesale).Ensure Dealers/ Branch Managers comply to principal standards, processes and reporting.Ensure customer concerns within the area assigned are resolved in a timely and speedy manner.Assist in Dealer appointments and facility upgrades to ensure expansion of network. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be advantageous.Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point but not mandatory.Several years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record in sales leadership and achieving targets.Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is typically required.Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area to visit dealerships, meet customers, and oversee sales activities.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and standards governing automotive sales. Requirements
