Reporting to theManager, Visual Merchandisingyou will be responsible for:
Selling
Responsible for overseeing assigned stores to monitor the consistency of the store teams and in-store visual merchandising. Ensure adherence to the VM global guidelines set by the principal/brand and verify the correct installation of graphic materials.
Collaborate closely with Brand Team members to implement and maintain visual plans and seasonal campaign updates.
Identify and address store opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience.
Support the brand's marketing team with product launch campaigns and events, including media events, marathons, mall atriums, and other relevant activities.
Routines
Assist in developing local guidelines, as necessary, in alignment with global directives.
Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams and store teams to implement new directions.
Participate in store opening preparations and setups.
Attend and contribute to various strategic and operational meetings as requested by management.
Manage and secure VM materials in the warehouse.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure directives are executed effectively, monitoring their progress and the quality of their work.
Team
Identify potential in-store visual merchandisers and conduct appropriate training and development programs to elevate their skills.
Conduct regular VM store audits.
Undertake any additional duties related to the job scope as assigned by your superior.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
A diploma or higher qualification in Visual Merchandising or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry, preferably with sports or fashion brands.
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
Strong artistic and creative skills.
Knowledge of current fashion trends and retail best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Proficiency in design software and basic knowledge of retail technology.#J-18808-Ljbffr
