Asean Sales Head - Standard Products, Distribution Sales

As the ASEAN Sales Head - Standard Products, Distribution Sales, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth in our Low Voltage Electrical Products, distribution sales markets across the ASEAN region. Your mission is to lead sales efforts, build strong partnerships, and achieve ambitious targets. This role can be based in Malaysia or Thailand. You'll create impact on Sales Leadership: Drive Growth: You'll be the driving force behind low voltage standard electrical products, distribution sales. Collaborate with assigned Countries to achieve volume targets. Monitor and Optimize: Keep a close eye on customer engagement, sales processes, project execution, and distributor management. Implement continuous improvement measures. Network Expansion: Partner Ecosystem: Develop and nurture a robust partner ecosystem. Work closely with primary distributors and secondary resellers to expand our market presence. Feedback Loop: Regularly assess partner performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance their effectiveness. Promotional Activities: Engage and Excite: Execute promotional plans, including loyalty programs and digital marketing campaigns. Keep our brand top-of-mind for customers. Collaboration: Coordinate with Business Dev & Marketing and Countries to align promo calendars and timely implement to maximize impact. Forecasting and Planning: Sales Targets: Be accountable for achieving volume targets within the ASEAN region. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with Countries, PRM, LOG to plan sales volumes and manage stock levels effectively. Market Strategy: Strategic Insights: Analyze market dynamics, competition, and internal factors. Shape our distribution network, retail, and residential business strategies. Pricing and Policies: Set pricing benchmarks and establish sales/partner policies that resonate with the ASEAN market. Product Launch and Innovation: New Product Introductions: Work closely with Product Release Managers (PRMs) to successfully launch new products. Market Insights: Provide valuable input on product needs specific to the RRB market. Team Leadership: Inspire and Motivate: Lead a team of approximately 30 professionals across different ASEAN countries. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. You excel in Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales, distribution, or related roles. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Leadership Skills: Strong communication, team management, and decision-making abilities. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Electrical Products and the ASEAN market.
