We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic ULTIMATE AUTOCARE CENTRE SDN BHD team in Ulu Tiram Johor. As our Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our retail automotive centre. What you'll be doing Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail automotive centreEnsure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by leading and motivating the teamMonitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growthOversee inventory management, stock control, and logistics to maintain optimal levels and enhance efficiencyAssist in the recruitment, training, and development of the teamLiaise with suppliers and partners to negotiate favourable terms and maintain strong relationshipsContribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to expand the businessWhat we're looking for Proven track record of success in a similar retail or automotive management roleStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and inventory managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentRelevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in retail, automotive, or a related fieldWhat we offer
