Assembly Engineer

Job Descriptions:
Experience in semiconductor mechanical assembly BKM's: Torquing, Tube flaring and bending, cable routing.
Work closely with design, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications.
Good at analyzing test data and results to make necessary improvements on the process.
Create and maintain process documentation, equipment maintenance, work instructions, and assembly guidelines.
Implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency of process, material, and manpower.
Lead participation in yield & quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
Practice electrical safety regulations and protocols.
Job Requirements:
Degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years in a mechanical background in the semiconductor industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CAD software and quality control tools.
Familiar with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures in a semiconductor environment.
