Assistant Accounts Executive

Handle Account payable and Fixed Asset related job functions:
To update vendor's invoice, check and verify vendor's invoice, staff claim, utilities, and processing of payment in a timely manner as per credit term.
Prepare and post Account Payable related journal entries into system and prepare Balance Sheet schedules.
Prepare monthly account reconciliation for account payable and E-Invoice reporting.
Handle Fixed asset register, tagging, Capex tracking and post related journal entries into system.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Business Studies / Business Administration and related studies.
Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years working experience in Accounts are encouraged to apply.
Dynamic self-starter with initiative, ability to meet tight reporting deadlines, and good accounting skills.
Intensive communication with all relevant departments.
Assertive and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
