Job SummaryResponsible for day-to-day operational accounting function and monitoring the compliance of relevant control procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and monitoring of payment and compliance to internal controls and accounting.
Data entry and maintaining of accounting records.
Preparing journals for monthly/year end closing.
Assisting in preparing and maintaining accounting schedules at month/year end.
Liaise with intercompany, suppliers and bankers on invoices and statements.
Preparation of bank reconciliation.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
QualificationsSTPM, Book-keeping Certificate, LCCI Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of using spreadsheets and accounting software.
Expected Minimum Years of ExperienceMinimum 2 years working experience in financial accounting functions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
