Assembly & prestaging of self-service machines/kiosks.
Diagnosing hardware issues and troubleshooting.
Running test equipment and report writing.
Repairing hardware and replacing faulty units.
Conducting stock checks on incoming parts as well as outgoing deliveries.
Liaising with admin staff; handling deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.
Preparing documentation accurately such as Goods Receive, Goods Transfer, etc.
Assisting in stock take exercises when required.
Requirements:
Possess a certificate/diploma in any technical related discipline.
Fresh graduates from schools/polytechnic are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in PC & Telecommunication related hardware.
Self-initiative with minimum supervision.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Has good initiative, follow-up skills, is well-organized, and able to work independently.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel.
Experience in self-service machines/kiosks assembly will be an advantage.
